LEGALITIES
We operate legally, safely and work meticulously within CAA legislation (CAA CAP722).
We are are insured up to £15million with CAA approved EC 785/2004 specialist drone insurance.
Before a UAV drone is launched a series of operational checks and legal procedures are undertaken to ascertain if the drone project is even viable, safe, and legal.
Red Drone Ltd do all of this for you and produce a 35-page risk assessment before accepting a project (we are very quick at this now so don’t worry) This all goes on behind the scenes and is explained to you before the flight day. Restricted airspace permissions are acquired if needed, the local police force informed and a full safety brief is given on the day.
Every precaution is taken to ensure a safe and successful
drone flight takes place.
